Nutrition
This is a jump start nutrition program that I personally use all the time to get shredded.

It must be done for ONLY three weeks.
After three weeks you must start to add higher glycemic index Foods. Grains, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, Ezekiel bread, plantains, almonds, plums, peaches, oranges, grapes, etc…

Rules for 3 weeks:
1. No dairy
2. No alcohol
3. No refined sugar
4. No white flour includes cereals, etc…
5. No grains
6. No juices

7. No legumes

Carbs only from berries (no grapes) and green/ leafy vegetables. Nothing high glycemic index i.e. corn/carrots/pineapple/citrus  etc.

You must combine eating protein with fruit and/or vegetables every meal for the first three weeks every two hours.

Protein:
Eggs
Chicken
Fish
Shellfish
Turkey (non processed)
Organic grass fed red meat
Shakes (non whey based sugarfree)

Fruit:
Any berries
Strawberry
Blueberry
Rasberry
Blackberry
Vegetable:

Lettuce
Cucumber
Tomato
Celery
Broccoli
Onions                                                      Spinach

For the first 3 weeks: 

No soy 
No Squash
No Potatoes, white or sweet
No Rice- brown or white

No banana/pineapple 
No Dairy- milk, cheese, whey protein, cream/creamer etc… 
No Legumes
No Oatmeal
No Cereal
No Starch
NO Sugar
No Fruit Juices or almond/soy/coconut milk
No Flours

Sample Menu
6 am: 2-3 Hard boiled eggs and berries
8 am: 3-4 egg Omelet with vegetables (egg white)
10 am: 1 scoop protein with ice strawberries and water
12 pm: large Salad w/ oil and apple cider vinegar and a protein (tuna, chicken etc)
2 pm: Veg and protein
4 pm: sliced turkey with berries and vegetables
6 pm: 6-8oz Fish with veggies
8 pm: 1 scoop of protein and fruit with water
10 pm: sleep or another snack
